With regard to your warranty, we offer a one-year service warranty, which grants you anytime service on us. On electrical faults barring power surging we offer a two-year warranty and five years on mechanical factory defects. The date on your purchase receipt will serve as your warranty start date.

This sewing machine is warranted for household (non-commercial) use. No warranty cover is accepted should the machine be used in a commercial manufacturing environment. These warranties do not cover failures caused by abuse, lack of maintenance in accordance with SINGER® Sewing Company care and cleaning instructions, misuse, or events beyond our control. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

Any implied warranty, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applicable to this sewing machine is limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty.

SZ Sewing shall not be liable for consequential economic damages resulting from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. SZ Sewing does not authorise any person to create for it any obligation or liability in connection with the above machine and parts beyond those set forth herein.

SZ Sewing disclaims liability under this warranty for any damage or defect resulting from the use of other than Singer parts and approved service in the repair and maintenance of your machine.

To keep your machine operating properly, it is important that you follow the operating instructions and periodically have your machine serviced and turned by an authorised SINGER® sewing machine technician.
